The Site is owned and operated by Two Sides ANZ, for the purpose of gathering and promoting information about the sustainability of the paper, pulp and printing industries.

Two Sides ANZ reserves the right at any time to remove any material or submissions without prior notice which it deems to be unlawful, indecent, dishonest or in anyway detrimental to Two Sides ANZ.

These Terms shall be governed by Australian law. Any dispute or claim arising out of this policy and the use of your personal information will be governed by Australian law and the courts of Victoria will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the site. If any of these Terms is found to be invalid by a court with competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
